Self-defenｓe Aikido School Genshinkai Practice Guidance

Teaches easｙ　understand, usable Self-Defenｓe Aikido

Chife Instructor Nariyasu Toyosaki has trained in Aikido from childhood; taught at workshops in more 10 foerign countries and trained in several martial arts.

* .Place: Shinjyuku-ku Hyakuninchou 4-8-8 Toyama-danchi #8

* Time: Thursday 7:15 to 8:45(usually 5th Thusday is off. 4th/mo)

* Practice content:

Start from Kokyuu-ho and warm up while using deep breathing techiques.

Ukemi (Not only inside Dojo, but learning useful ukemi for daily life. for example, how to fall down safely anywhere.)

Shikou (Samurai couldn't stand and walk in front of their lord in the castle, they had to walk on knees. this was a strict rule.)

Aikikenpo : Attack (atemi hetting  thrust kick)
